This pinout will require you to have a RJ45 to DB25 female adapter as pictured below:

You can find these on ebay by searching for DB25 RJ45**. **

**Please note:**

**This will also require a short (1 inch) piece of 24 gauge wire to go between pin 4 & 11 on the DB25F**

You simply plug in whatever length of ethernet patch cable into this adapter and the other end into the radios mic jack.
